What Documents Do I Need to Start?
To complete broker carrier packets and ensure 100% compliant rate-con delivery to your company, please have the following ready (you can email them directly or submit them after submitting the form above):
- MC / DOT Authority Certificate: Active carrier operating authority.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI): Minimum $1,000,000 Auto Liability & $100,000 Cargo.
- W-9 Form: Signed and dated with current legal business entity.
- Notice of Assignment (NOA): If you use a factoring company, or voided check for direct broker QuickPay.
