Absolutely NOT. You are an independent owner-operator with 100% final authority. If you don't like a price, route, weather, or delivery schedule, we simply decline it and find you a better run.
❓ Can I do the broker setup myself instead of Hot Wheel?
YES, you have full freedom! If you prefer to fill out broker onboarding links yourself, we negotiate the top rate and immediately send you the broker link to self-onboard. If you want us to do it, we handle all paperwork for free.
❓ How do I get paid for the loads you book?
Direct from the broker or your factoring company! Brokers pay you directly. We never touch or hold your gross freight money. After delivery, we invoice our 7% dispatch fee separately.
❓ What documents do I need to get started?
If you are already onboarded with the broker, 0 documents are required! If we book with a new broker: W-9, Certificate of Insurance ($1M Auto / $100k Cargo), MC Authority Letter, and Notice of Assignment (NOA).
❓ How does the $400 Weekly Contract work if I have a slow week or breakdown?
You are 100% protected by our 4% Downside Guarantee! If your weekly gross revenue target ($7,500) is not reached due to breakdown, bad weather, market drop, or home time, we waive the $400 flat fee and charge only 4% per load for that week so you never pay full price on a low-revenue week.

If we find a top-dollar load with a broker where your MC is already approved (e.g. C.H. Robinson, TQL, Coyote, Landstar):
We book the load immediately under your existing setup. Rate con goes straight to your email.
When we find a high-paying run from a new direct shipper or broker, they require standard carrier packet compliance:
- W-9 Form (Signed): For broker 1099 tax reporting
- COI (Certificate of Insurance): $1M Auto / $100k Cargo
- MC Authority Letter: Official operating authority certificate
