Hot Wheel Dispatcher LLC is an independent, fiduciary truck dispatching service. We are not a freight broker, and we deliberately maintain that distinction. We represent the truck driver and carrier company exclusively.
Freight brokers make their money by buying low from the trucker and selling high to the shipper. Every dollar they shave off your rate goes straight into their pocket. At Hot Wheel, our incentive is completely aligned with yours: we get paid a simple 7% flat fee, so the more money you make on a load, the better we do.
Most importantly, we never touch your freight funds. The shipper, broker, or your factoring company deposits all gross payments directly into your company bank account. You remain in total financial control of your operation at all times.
Rigorously Vetted Brokers & Zero Forced Moves.
Before our dispatchers even quote a rate on a load, we run a comprehensive credit check through Ansonia and TransCredit. We examine average days-to-pay, bond ratings, and active factoring approvals. If a broker has a history of delayed payments, false claims, or poor credit, we refuse to book with them.
When a profitable load meets our safety standards, we present the full details to you: exact pickup and delivery appointment windows, weight, commodity, and the gross dollar amount. No load moves without your explicit “yes.”
If a receiver makes you wait past the 2-hour free time window, we log the detention clock and push the broker for full reimbursement. We are in the trenches with you across four US time zones, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
