Our Commitment

Hot Wheel Dispatcher LLC wants every carrier to be able to use this website — including drivers using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard, running the browser zoomed well past 100%, or reading a phone screen in bright sunlight at a truck stop.

Accessibility here is treated as ongoing maintenance, not a box that got ticked once.

The Standard We Aim For

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the benchmark referenced by the ADA in the United States.

What We Have Done

• Semantic structure. Pages use proper landmarks — header, navigation, main and footer — so screen readers can jump between regions.
• One clear heading outline per page, with a single H1 and a logical heading order beneath it.
• Labelled form controls. Every input, slider, file upload and select on this site has an accessible name. Sliders also announce their current value.
• Keyboard navigation. Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, and a "Skip to main content" link appears when you first press Tab.
• Reduced motion support. If your operating system requests reduced motion, our animated backgrounds and transitions are switched off.
• Colour and contrast. Body text is set against dark backgrounds at contrast ratios intended to meet AA.
• Responsive layout that reflows for small screens and tolerates browser zoom without content being cut off.
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.

Known Limitations

We would rather tell you these than let you find them:

• Small text in places. Some badges, table labels and data captions render around 11–12px. They are legible at default zoom but smaller than we would like, and they are on our list to raise.
• Data-dense tables and the market map. The freight rate map and the wider data tables are visual by nature. Screen reader users may find some of this content harder to interpret. If you need any figure from those pages, email us and we will send it in plain text.
• Touch target sizes. A small number of controls sit below the recommended 44×44 pixel touch target on mobile.
• Third-party content. Fonts and form processing are served by outside providers whose accessibility we do not control.

Tell Us About a Problem

If something on this site blocks you, we want to hear about it — and in the meantime we will get you the information another way. No carrier should miss a load because a web page would not cooperate.

When you write, it helps if you can tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to reply within 3 business days.
