What if I am already set up with the freight broker?

If your MC is already active in the broker's system (e.g. C.H. Robinson, TQL, Landstar, Coyote, etc.), you do not need to send us any setup documents. We will lock the load immediately. If you are not yet set up, we can complete the packet for you, or you can complete it directly yourself.

How fast will I get my first load booked?

Once we receive your W-9 and Insurance Certificate (or if you're already set up with the broker), our dispatchers immediately begin locking verified freight. Most carriers are rolling within 2 to 4 hours.

Can I say NO to a load if I don't like it?

Absolutely. We operate under a strict Zero Forced Dispatch guarantee. You have 100% authority to accept or decline any load with zero penalty or hard feelings.

How does payment work?

The freight broker pays you or your factoring company directly based on the original Rate Confirmation. We never touch your gross revenue. We invoice our 7% dispatch fee (or weekly contract) separately.

Do you work with new MC authorities?

Yes! We have strong relationships with multiple nationwide freight brokers who book with authorities that are 30 to 90 days old, as well as established fleets.
